BIMBASREE PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its students as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Students can cancel their training program enrollment seven days before the class start date.

Refund Process

1. Upon cancellation, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable GST and registration charges.
2. The refund will be issued through the same mode of payment used during the initial transaction.

Processing Time

1. The payment processing time is estimated to be 7-10 working days.
2. Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on the policies of the respective banks involved in the transaction.

Refund Limitation

No refunds will be provided once the classes have commenced.

Cancellation Requests

1. All cancellation requests must be formally submitted via email to support@bimbasree.in.
2. Cancellation requests are subject to management discretion.
3. The management reserves the right to assess each cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

Loan Responsibilities

1. In case of a refund as per the cancellation policy, the learner will be solely responsible for any cancellation of the loan, including applicable loan cancellation charges levied on the total cancelled loan amount.
2. These charges will be decided by the third-party financial institution that granted the loan to the learner, and Bimbasree will have no role in determining the quantum of these charges.
3. Suppose a refund request is raised after the course commencement date. In that case, the learner will continue to pay the monthly EMI for the loan (if applicable).
